Valpolicella Superiore
- D.O.C Valpolicella in Northeast Italy, from the hills above Verona 
- “Superiore” requires abv above 12% thus ensuring the use of ripe fruit, then aged in oak or at least 12 months and bottle for 6 months before release 
- Palate: dry, medium acidity, low tannin, 13.5% abv 
- Aromatics: cherry, red berries, floral 
- Composition: Corvina, Corvinone, and Rondinella 
- Pairings: chicken, pork, beef, pasta, pizza, hard cheese
